Hope '08

HOPE 08 is a nationwide initiative involving churches of every denomination in Great Britain and Ireland working together to show the Christian faith in action and to explain the meaning of that faith across the country in a wide variety of ways.

In over 500 villages, towns and cities across the UK churches and organisations will work together in 2008 like never before to bring fresh hope.

The year long grassroots initiative plays on all their strengths to see lives transformed and bring lasting change.

CORD is a signatory of HOPE 08. This video, produced for Hope '08 features our Country Director in Chad, Laura Snoxell, as she tells her own personal story of hope in leading CORD’s team working with 84,000 Sudanese refugees from Darfur.
