How does it work?

Alternative Gifts are a great way of supporting people affected by conflict. When you purchase a gift, the money will be spent in one of our programmes instead of the physical item being sent to you.  In return, we'll send you a Gift Certificate showing the gift you've purchaced, which can then be sent to your friend or family member.

The gifts listed here are needed in the countries where Cord works. If a gift becomes over-subscribed, the money will be used to buy another item from the list. In the event of all the gifts having been sold, we will identify other similar needs. So you can be sure that your gift will be used where it matters most!
