Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchases from the Cord Shop! All profits from our sales go directly to working with people affected by violent conflict around the world. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 21 days for a refund or exchange – no questions asked so long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Unless the product is faulty, after this period you will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% and we reserve the right to decline a refund. Music may only be returned if it remains unopened. Please contact us on +44 (0)1926 315301 before you return any items or they may be declined. This does not affect your statutory rights including The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Because Alternative Gifts and Peace Heroes count as a donation, our 21 day no-questions-asked returns policy does not apply, and under Charity Commission rules, we are unable to give you a refund. We can however offer you with a replacement Alternative Gift or Peace Hero of the same or very similar value. Equally you should be aware that Alternative Gifts do not come under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
