Cord is inviting people to hold a coffee morning or tea party with a difference in the countdown to International Day of Peace on September 21. Peace of Cake is an easy and fun campaign that everyone can get involved with. All you need to do is invite your friends or colleagues to make time for a cuppa and a cake
Get together wherever you like; at home, work, or at the park. You might choose to make your Peace of Cake part of a bigger event like a birthday celebration, a community day or even a wedding! A FREE resource pack is available to support events and contain delicious recipes, invitations, posters, activities and everything else you need to make your event a success. All you have to do is invite your friends and raise whatever funds you can to support Cord's work.
