NTFP is working with indigenous communities to help them effectively and equitably participate in decision making and exercise their rights in sustainably managing and developing their land and natural resources that are the basis of their livelihoods and for conserving their culture. NTFP also facilitates the creation of Community Based Organisations (CBO) and assists them in furthering their skills in management, leadership, planning, proposal writing and income generation.
