In 2007 Cord signed a Memorandum of Understanding with FONU - the UK based Friends of Northern Uganda- which will strengthen our ability to help the disaffected people across Kitgum, Gulu, Amuru and Pader. We are jointly committed to raising the profile of Northern Uganda, and to ensure that people are able to help themselves when they eventually return to their home villages.
