Programme Manager - Burundi Recruitment Announcement for Programme Manager Position Cord is an international charity working to make peace a reality. The Burundi programme is currently focused on social cohesion and working with neediest groups in particular young people, returnees and women and other groups with specific needs. Across these themes Cord’s approach is to develop capacity of civil society, to engage with powerholders, to build cooperation between communities and local authorities and always to promote participation and empowerment of community members. In perspective of strengthening its operational capacity in Burundi, Cord is recruiting a Programme Manager, with a relevant qualification or equivalent in International development, Management Education, Social Sciences. A Master Degree is preferred. S/He should have at least 5 Years of experience in similar position and proven competencies.
